This is a necessary step to create space for the more blissful and ecstatic experiences of week 2 and 3.

This meditation will teach you how to "download" new characteristics and personality traits. This is key in developing new thought patterns and habits to create the reality that you truly want.

This meditation is a beautiful journey towards the divine white light spoken about in almost all religions. Some say it's a connection with "god". Others have said it's connectin with their "true self". Some have called it Nirvana or the Somadi state. In this stage of the journey, most people have experienced amazing realisations and "downloads" of information that has helped them make key decisions in life.
